U have to try to clear the blur ,like imagine their is a girl 300 m away in her home , try as hard as you can to get a clear image if her face , do such exercise every day, i can prolly wear -2.50 now and see clearly ,normally i need -3.00 , i think doing this regularly will clear up my myopia, lets do this for an year minimum
