I feel anxious when I am walking through a grocery store full of boomers but I feel calm and chill at a night club

I think you will find that if you around your own age range you will feel less anxious. I mean there are so many people hanging around in clubs, some of them mog you, some of them don't. If you just force yourself to go to clubs and bars every week you will get into the game and be able to sort out your looksmax plans with much more precision then just asking opinions on here, which are mostly shut ins.

i'm 6'4 with a wide jaw so it doesnt happen too much, but dudes still try to test me, i've gotten bumped into and shoved a lot at clubs and bars. I'm punched people a few times.
