I feel ashamed of my existence

Yk what i mean? Like even i make small mistake and get ridiculed it can ruin my day. I just feel subpar, I just realized ive let other people's opinion dictate my actions way no much. I think i have an inferiority complex. Even if i was That guy, at this point I think i woukd still feel extremly ashamed, haven't realy done any horrible or disgusting things but it feels like im always hiding something that people would despise me for if they knew.

Its insecurity. Same w me if someone says something to me negative it ruins my mood
