just that if im not thinking or focusing i feel a deep sense of anxiety and anger which i cannot get rid of no matter how i try to convince myself its irrational

it just seems like my base state of being is some weird feeling of despair

its really erie and it doesnt matter how hard i try and convince myself its stupid, it just wont go away

it makes it very difficult to relax

yeah thats how it feels like for me

but its so annoying because i have such productive and enjoyable days

but one moment of down time and i just feel terrible
