I didn't even take that much but I can still sense I'm going through withdrawals. It's an unnatural feeling. It helps to know that it'll pass, but it doesn't fully negate the terrible feeling. Mostly just depression/anhedonia tbf.
Even a cat saying mjiiiau to me earlier couldn't put me in a positive mood and cats usually help with my mental health. It is what it is.
