He gets treated like shit by everyone and he's so used to it he usually just kinda accepts it or laughs it off when they're joking at his expense.
Or, maybe, this is just a gendered thing. Men throw around banter like icing on the friendship. Girls/genderfluids don't talk to each other that way. This is also one of the reasons why I have no friends, which I've come to terms with in a sense even though I fundamentally don't like it or don't agree with it. I can't change the dynamics of the sexes and neither can he. The difference is he seems to choose to put up with it, whereas I would rather be alone than engage in social circles as an omega.
