I feel better but...

Well i feel more peacefull but i am obsessed with something bad now as a figure.Nothing i can do.I understand a lot now and dont feel as chaotic.And i am pretty much determined and know what i have to do.I hopet he walks will be helpfull.Tho sometimes the pain hits i find a way to calm it down even if its a bad one.
