I feel confused between MSE and MARPE

MSE can give wider cheekbones potencially increase IPD and PFL by 2-3mm, improve airways etc. But it can't give ccw rotation to fix downward growth.
And MARPE even if can't split sutures can give that because of placement.
For those you say Just get bimax, probably I will get one, but earlier I have to fix palate and downward growth to not get longer face after bimax. Even ccw rotation in bimax is only below nose so I have to make a good base for this surgery.

What exactly do you mean by "downward growth"? Bad under-eye support, low set infraorbitals/cheekbones? Long midface? Hooked nose? Lack of projection?
