I feel you bro. Same here pretty much. Only time I had success was in early twenties on OLD and when I was on drugs/alcohol. Which made me realise my problem is my excessive inhibition. I had/have a lot of trauma from younger age. Which is hard to ignore an move from because it integrated a protective personality/avoidant personality type. Which is the worst behaviour to get laid and get girls. Alcohol and drugs remove this temporarily. But I hate drugs and alcohol.
Even gamer/autistic girls didn't like me (I'm a gamer). I always acted fake and with a mask because I was a hurt individual. So I never connected with any culture/subculture. Still had a good amount of friends but when you act fake you don't find friends who you like. You'll find friends who like your fake persona.
My goal this year is to break this inhibition naturally and to put myself as my true self out there. What I will do I will not say as this will lower my will to actually do it.
