Make sure you're properly hydrating before, during, and after your workouts. Eat a balanced diet with enough carbs to keep your energy levels stable. And for god's sake, don't skip warm-ups! You might actually want to start with lighter weights if you're feeling dizzy. Stop being a gymcel bitch and get back on that gains train, rookie.

i always feel dizzy and nasueous, i get super sick in cars and shit , ur just dealing with an average day for me :lul::lul:
