then just drink some water and you’ll be fine, however if you start to breathe super slow, it can be really dangerous during sleep as your breathing slows even more

i’ve never tried, but have experience with shrooms instead

i had a sort of eureka moment and coincidentally my life improved gradually every month after that, not sure if the shrooms were the main driving force but it’s proven in studies that many people have positive experiences from shrooms
