these fuck ass grays dont know how to rate.
first u need to get really lean and remove all face fat. u could get otoplasty or could cover ur ears ears with hair.
do skin care with accutane.
after all this could dye ur eyebrows and hair. you dont seem recessed like me so for sure u could reach mtn easily.
in surgeries cantho pexy and rhino and fi lips .to maybe get u hmtn and if u build a decent physique u could get htn

Dam thanks, I’ve been trying to hit the gym but I’ve had to study recently so I’ve not been consistent. I’m probably hopping on test in a few months. I’m on tretenoin right now for acne. The surgery’s I want are rhinoplasty, othoplasty,canthoplasty, bimax, mandibular implants and zygos implants. I’ve been told after that I’ll be lmtn but that might be incorrect
