I feel extreme rivalry towards random people

I’ll create rivalry in my own head with people I never spoke to

this happens when I feel like someone is almost on the same level as me mentally, and so I make them my enemy in my own head

They don’t always beat me but there was a time I did this and then I tried to hold eye contact with one of them to assert dominance but I got extremely nervous and broke the eye contact

And when I got home I had a mental breakdown
