I shed like 400 hairs today, i have very thick and dense hair yet seeing it fade like this is fucking me up. And it’s also at the crown area not just the front, i’ve already bought finasteride but could it have something to do with a deficiency or some other factor other than mpb????

A derm. Just don't waste ur time asking the forum. Consult a derm and u will get a clear cut answer

May as well get the tests first, rule out any deficiencies. Then I'd bite the bullet and hop on if labs are normal.
