Maybe im not deformed enough to have an opinion on this but I wouldnt want my family to not look like me. Imagine getting your facial bones completely assorted differently and then starting a family only to see your deformed babies come out of your htb wife. Being reminded of what you used to look like would be terrifying if you used to be subhuman presurgery.
