BP isn't only about sexual or romantic relationships, how you get treated by your peers is a factor as well, and there's many others to take into consideration as long as they're affected by your looks.

Also a girl doesn't have to be attracted to you to be your girlfriend or to have sex with you, in some studies conducted more than half of the women that voted felt really sexually unsatisfied by their partner i.e. they're not attracted to them (face, body, dick size, anything really)
