I doubt anyone knows much about ortho but is mse too late or no? I might try to go to a different ortho.

The headgear is optional, I’m pretty sure it’s something that you can ask for. If you have a severe underbite that’s when headgear is used.

Marpe and MSE are basically the same thing. The difference between the two is customization, and where the mini screws with the appliance is placed. MSE is placed further back than marpe. Both have the same goal.

No way to know without measuring your inter molar width (40mm width minimum). But to the looks of it, it’s pretty good, looks average-above average especially if that’s what you started with.
