I'm an 18 year old 5 foot 7 ethnic vrgin studycel weight 125 pounds who gets social anxiety being in the same elevator as a female and i never played a sport in my life and my neck has 13 inch circumference also I don't have any friends irl. how can i fix myself?

Get a gym membership, and do heavy lifts, especially squats release a lot of testosterone. Workout every day, not like those scammy programs on the internet say ''work out 30 mins a day 4 times a week, and you'll be as big as your forefathers who did hard work everyday'' Start with Arnold's golden six, and do it 7 times a week.

I remember weighing 118 pounds at 5'6 a couple years back, I was lowkey a mogger but skinny af

Chill out about his weight guys, he's probs just undereating and needs to hit the gym.
I went from 113 at 5'9" to 137 in about 3 months, been on RAD 140 for 5 weeks and been on mk677 like the whole time.


Just lift and eat and possibly roid if you want to make faster progress OP.



I was close to 140 a few months back when I ate a lot of crap like pizza and nutella every other day.
After getting a gym routine I might inject t if my panels are suboptimal 155 10% body fat would be ideal

13 inch neck and 125 at 5'7" sounds like undereating tbh. Also no need to wait to "find a gym routine" just follow anything random on reddit or on here and start going JFL. It's better to just start if even everything isn't perfect than to waste a month trying to find the perfect routine.
