The particles we r made of today were there from the beginning and will continue to exist forever it's just that currently those particles are grouped together and make us humans after 200 years maybe
The human body is primarily composed of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen, which together make up about 96% of its mass. The remaining percentage includes calcium, phosphorus, and other trace elements essential for various bodily functions.

Also

Both living and non-living things are composed of the same basic elements, such as carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen.

Which means ur particles can be a part of some school table in next 100 years lmao

Its just goes on forever

Humans grow by creating new cells, which are built from molecules, and molecules are made of atoms. While the number of atoms in the body increases as we grow, the atoms themselves do not grow in size. The body acquires new atoms through food, water, and air, incorporating them into existing and new cells.

This just explain we take other atoms to grow when we die these atoms just disperses and continue to exist

No, atoms cannot be destroyed in the traditional sense. They can be rearranged or transformed in nuclear reactions, but they don't cease to exist. The law of conservation of mass, which is fundamental to chemistry and physics, states that matter cannot be created or destroyed, only converted from one form to another.

death is just an illusion made by the human mind, a concept created to make sense of the end. your brain just shuts off, no light, no tunnel, no ‘grand’ send off, nothing at all. the human subconscious mind perpetuates a vision that only you and others could see, a shared hallucination we all agree is “reality.” all of it’s just layers of perception stacked on top of each other, none of it actually permanent, all of it capable of breaking the second your brain glitches, goes out of the ‘zone’
