Yesterday i had a little cup of coffee in the morning with a few eggs, went on a run and then drank some more coffee and ate a banana. After that I went out on a date with a girl for a few hours and felt very mentally clear and relaxed, not jittery or anything, however I physically felt slightly anxious even tho mentally I was cool
Today I haven’t done anything just ate a little breakfast and I feel irritated/dead mentally
I rarely have any caffeine, maybe tea or coffee 1-2 times a week.
Initially I drank the coffee to debloat and it worked however it seems like it actually made me more calm
Also I remember as a kid if I had caffeine I would just be super hyper for a while.
Anyone else experience this or know why this could be, is this something like how ADD people take adderall and it makes them calm mentally but makes normal people do the opposite. or is this what happens to everybody.
