I feel like cheating

I (32F) have been in a relationship for more than 6 years. Sex only comes once/twice per year. I have told my boyfriend about how much I want to have sex more frequently. He always says he will try to do more but is always giving excuses about how tired or busy he is. As with other posts, he is a great guy and other than not having sex, we dont have any other problems. I am also sure about him not cheating, as work hours is so much demanding.

Anyway, because of this, I feel like I want to experience sex again with someone else. I want to feel desired, wanted. Sometimes I feel like joining a dating app just to have sex! It makes me feel so bad, as I have never cheated before. I dream about having sex with other people. I crave for it. I don’t know what to do anymore It makes me feel so sad.
