like bro ive been planning to potentially do a lateral commisuroplasty and honestly bro i just cant believe random low inhib dudes on on a forum just know how to do perfect incisions along with being able to fucking suture perfectly. like people go to med school for years and still end up botching their patients, and im seeing people claim to have just perfectly manoeuvred round a ton of vessels, nerve endings, dosing their anaesthetic right, and somehow stay awake whilst losing a shit ton of blood
