For me im 186 cm morning height, around 185 cm during day


If I only got my tibias done, i could be 190 cm morning height

It basically pushes me from around 6'1 to 6'2.8ft WHICH IS BASICALLY 6'3.

6'3 IS THE IDEAL MAN HEIGHT. LIKE SOMEWHERE AROUND THIS RANGE 189-195 CM IS COMPLETELY IDEAL INSANE AMAZING GORGEOUS HEIGHT I JUST NEEDED A FEW CM, I achieve THAT SHIT WITH LIFTS BUT BAREFOOT IS LIFE
