I feel like I will die before 30

Idk how to explain, but I have a feeling in my gut that I won't last long. I genuinely cannot see myself hitting middle age, I don't know what I'd be doing. Along with the fact that life seems miserable if you have no family past like 33.
I really do think I'm gonna die young, I feel it in my bones. Do any of you have this same feeling?

I mean the more I look at it the more I feel like there really is no point in living past 30 for the vast majority of men (unless you have children and live the rest of your years through them, which is becoming more and more of a fantasy in modern times)

Only exceptional people like actors, musicians, eccentrics seem to live with purpose into old age
