I was introduced at 10, and its been fixated into my mindset. Like it's an addiction that has been with me for 5 years like if I was introduced to vaping I'd be able to not get addicted to it cus I know it's bad but everybody is introduced it as such as young age our brains are so fragile towards it and it ruins our brains to adapt around it.
