Someone tell me how do I calm my mind down? I feel like I’m about to go full retard mode here in a minute and flip out.
 
This is really fucked up. I need to get help. I don’t want to take meds. God help me.
 
take a cold shower or better yet fill your bath with ice and sit in that bath.
