Am I the only one? I feel like so many bad things have happened to me, and will continue to happen to me. I don’t wanna give up, but there haven’t been any breaks. It’s just a constant that stays with me in the back of my mind. I haven’t experienced the general sense of love in my life so that may be a factor in my negative thinking though.

What you decide is the truth. There's no "reality" separate from you, no fate choosing for you. You either make conscious desicion that something is true of you don't. You're the only one who decides and outside world has no agency to reject you
