i dont mean it in some deep intellectual sense, that i have reached some high level of understanding of anything

as @Mouthbreath said, i guess you just grow into yourself at a certain point and realize that you are just another rodent trying to navigate your life towards well being/survival

the idea that we are capable of holding onto specific fixations beyond that with any consistency is just an illusion
