I just walk a lot and do cardio sports like mini football or the slightly more explosive ones like foot tennis

All my friends who have been going to the gym for a long time now look very old for their age (probably from the stress put on the body by lifting weights almost every day of the week), also after a while many started having chronic back pain, especially in the spine, and in the knees..

I used to sleep 10h+ everyday and eating 2g of protein per kg of weight.

My recovery was super fast.

I might start again, I have a shitty bench press in my house so I might just use that. It's just demoralizing to get started and struggle on the easiest weights lol

Got there and could only bench the bar and there was a girl right beside me benching more than me.

Didn’t even finish the set and went home instantly.

Yeah I fucked my hand permanently by lifting, my tendons got fucked and now it’s a life long problem lol.

Tried going for walks but it gets boring after a while and feels like a chore to hit 10k steps

You can't tone muscle, Big = mass :feelstastyman:, Just loose weight and do basic training for 1 year, you will look like what you are trying to decipher now, only if you have average muscle building genetics but insertions matter to.

Since Your fat cell can increase and will increase, it is my main problem as overweight nigga from childhood :feelswah: Fat cells shrink but don't dissapear, Ya know stuppborn fat you can't loose from some body part? it's probably your genes or just fat cells :feelsrope:

I’m underweight as hell so I need to actually bulk up so gaining fat isn’t a problem for me.

I’m just genetically I suppose very skinny and lean since I’m East African I guess.

Lucky, I eat 1 meal a day probably around 1k calories and I’m fat.:feelsrope:

I don't track my steps, but I always walk in places with relative entertainment around me, like the city center, parks, malls, etc. and I walk with headphones on, to feel less boring

I often walk with a specific purpose, to a specific place, even if it's far, I prefer to walk for that compared to taking a taxi for example. Some days I walk 1-2 hours, others even 3-4 hours (with several 10-15 minute breaks) walking relatively fast

If I'm not in the mood to listen to music, I sometimes listen to stuff like the video below, it's quite entertaining..

My metabolism is cooked bro, I work at my desk the whole day and not move at all.

I’m 5’6 and 155 lbs
Holy shit, I m 6'2 and 130kg probably more :feelswah:
1000 calories a day depends man, You have to eat protein since it takes more energy to break it down = more calories burned, Carbs and fats should be balanced, then comes Vitamins and minerals.
You should eat clean 1200-1500 calories and do some basic workout, calculate your daily calorie Need for survival vs Everything (including physical).

After that eat 800 calories less.:feelshmm:

It will take 2-3 weeks to get your gut and hormones fixed to the point where you start loosing fat.

It will take some time but you can do it.
Since you are miscalculating your daily intake, because 1k calories and not loosing weight = you are seriously ill and should go and see doctor. :feelsmage:
