I have been trying to lose weight for 5 months now. Only progress I did was losing some stubborn babyfat. That’s all. My shoulders are wide and I’m short which make me become fatter way easier. It’s impossible for me to be lean at my body type.

I can purge without needing to do that. A lot of times it’s involuntary. My stomach has shrunk a lot and my body rejects a lot of what I give it.

Just eat whatever u want alot of goyslop for a long time and do cardio but be in a surplus until u have acid reflux this actually works unironically
