I feel like my best friend of I dunno how many years is leaving me

I think that he cant handle me anymore. For context we have that one group chat in discord n me n some other friends talk shit there. He isn't really active there n a few days ago he read the chats, then tried to leave. When we got him back he told us that hes disgusted by us, specifically me n I was raging mad that night so I started talking bout smth else n shit like that. Today he left again, we got him back n he told us not to add him any more, called us n the group disgusting, said that he's tired from racism n misogy n some shit like that. I feel like that was aimed towards me.
Not to add how much he's been getting closer w one other guy n leaving me behind

i dont think he's given up, from the looks of it theres something that changed to make him think differently about whatever he didnt care about before.

i simply dont know very much to the situation and i wish i could just always be right and help you but i think its not that hes switching up and hates you and has given up i think he's come to a realization of smth and wants to see something out of either you or himself that is simply impossible and all too sudden of a change. if you really think its something about you then I would just point-blank ask him, because you'll never know unless you ask
