Neeting is fun for like a week tops, then it turns into pure brain rot. You start eating garbage, skip the gym, and just sit in your room wasting away. I was a neet for a few months 4 years ago and I hit a point where I was disgusted with myself and what my life had become, so I decided I was done with that NEET crap for good and have never looked back. Neeting without new experiences and a routine is horrible

you see i believe some people are genuinely just meant to be cogs in the machine and keep the system running, they can't do anything with unlimited free time because they have nothing going on in their head, they don't create anything, these are the people who can't take neet life whatsoever and all they do is stimulate themselves to pass the time until their brain is fried

NEET literally means Not in Education, Employment, or Training it's an economic/social category for people detached from productive activity, not some natural human state. There's the fleeting form of fun that you can get instantly from say electronics, drugs, or with friends

then there's a deeper form of fulfiment that you get from doing something worthwhile, that you struggle for day by day, chasing the light at the end of the tunnel

In this modern society,for the second form of fulfiment, you usually get Employed, Educated, or Trained. Among other things.
