I feel like shit and not loosing any weight while dieting hard as fuck

So what you need to understand is that when going for a crazy deficit your body can hold on to a lot of water and shit


if you are TRULY eating 1300 calories it’s impossible for you to be not losing fat


You are probably tracking wrong if you genuinely arent losing fat
Maybe I’m loosing fat but not enough to tell visually and the water retention is making the scale go up
 
you need to exercise, if youre sedentary losing weight via dieting alone is hard as fuck because your metabolism slows down to avoid the weightloss

but if you do intense exercise - specially lifting weights - your body wont be able to prevent weightloss if your caloric intake is low

Yea I lift twice a day and have a physical job.

Genuinely how. I’m not any leaner and the cravings are greater than ever (2 weeks in).

I’m eating 1300cal a day + extra carbs for energy every 3 days and getting great micros


I genuinely don’t understand I’m so pissed and I want a fucking cheeseburger
Eating 1300 cals and eating extra carbs and your confused?

Dude your just spinking your blood sugar with extra carbs if going on a low cut you need high fat and protein to not feel like shit.

The carbs are for energy if I don’t have them every so often I’ll be too shakey and weak to lift or work
