I feel like something’s missing

I have a few friends, no gf and I’m fine with that but I just feel like something’s wrong. I feel lonely. I laugh in class everyday, talk with my friends afterschool and am not really antisocial in any way but that empty feeling is just always there. I feel lonely? I don’t know what’s missing but it feels like there’s a soulless, empty feeling in my chest. It feels as though all my organs suddenly disappeared and what remains has resemblance to that of an empty fridge. I’m in a constant state of this feeling, all day, everyday. I’ve found ways to cope with it, like playing video games, calling my friends, listening to those “mommy” asmr videos, and excessive masturbation. All these seem to dumb the feeling down to where I can feel ok for a while, but not remove it completely. I think I’m depressed but I have no idea how to fix it.
