I feel like swallowing the lookspill has made me too shallow and i don't know how to fix it

I can't feel anything for a girl who i know is not objectively beautiful , i used to be able to feel really deeply for average to below average women , now unless a woman is objectively good looking it doesn't ignite that feeling of love and excitement inside me anymore and i really don't know how to reverse this , I've just become such a shallow person and its really ugly.

I also subconsciously put the foid on some kinda pedestal because i know even if she's notably uglier than me objectively her smv is unfathomably higher regardless and she'll always have an infinite supply of men , makes me feel like i need to be performative and take shit i usually wouldn't before to keep a girl around and its so draining
