I feel like the technology is making us more retarded

I feel more depressed than ever before. And everyone at my school is on their phones every second of the day (I take breaks off of my phone too so I’m able to really pay attention to other people’ activity). I just feel that during covid people were on their phones all that time and just became retarded.
