whenever i have inner convo everyone suddenly starts looking at me weirdly and i feel like i am acting on my imagination irl. i caught myself today doing it, i was talking to myself and was doing hand gestures in my head but i realized i am doing it in real life in public while walking and i stopped. is this normal?
