I feel physically numb after weed sesh

So I haven't smoked in 4 months, but yesterday I hit my friends dab pen way to many times. I was on another planet, essentially.

Fast forward to today and I'm still slightly high. The issue that is worrying me is that I am physically numb, like my sense of feeling is gone. Is there a chance I hit a laced pen? Starting to freak out ngl

I also have that with some weed varieties, it is because of the high thc content or because of the unbalance between the thc and cbd content, somehow it was. I've had this impaired pigeon feeling several times it flies in 1 week
