I feel pure rage when I don't take my ADHD meds.

When I don't take my meds, I become so motivated to act recklessly due to how I have been treated in the past bc of my looks. This often results in me hurting others (not physically) and damaging my reputation. I wish I could learn to exercise some self-control when I don't take my Adderall. They should have put me in behavioral therapy or something instead of feeding me meds. This shit is just so wrong man.

Why do you hate being on meds if it helps? It‘s just Aderall.
But yeah get some therapy If you have insurance.

Don't you feel like a robot all the time while on adderall? I know a lot of people do, and have to take breaks from it whenever they want to do something which isn't work.
My advice is to use that rage to make gains at the gym.
