Im afraid i wont find or be able to keep a friendship with any person due to me just not being happy ever with where i am at

Im diagnosed but i dont want that to stop me from a normal life but all the effort i put in not even physically im talking social here it just doing work i made threads ab me going up to ppl complimenting talking and nothing changes i cant even keep eye contact with a girl anymore wtf happened to me in these past years mane i needa get on medication again
