It's a genetic nerf tbh, but that's why I am here, I'm trying to make the best of myself and there are lots of 160 cm girls at least so If I have an htn+ face card it won't be too bad I guess but if I somehow get the money I'll get LL surgery. Lmtn currently, I started at like sub-3 or bottom of the barrel obese Ltn, I'm trying to get to htn this year and have lots of things scheduled.

I don't really know but all I did (I was not trying to grow taller I just realized this helps after I've done it) from like 10 years old I loved milk and used to just drink it and drink it and also my mom was strict about my sleep so I got like 8-10 hours of sleep practically every day till today
