depends where you get it from, if it's generic store ground beef, then yeah ofc ur gonna feel sick
go to a butcher and ask for tartar beef, or the equivalent. get to know ur butcher well, he will be your best friend. most butchers are lonely, be nice to him and be a regular and he will probably give u discounts.
