The men are all under 5 feet tall and their actual genetics prevent them from getting taller because of natural selection any and all excess nutrition simply goes to other places because their genes block the "HGH" gene so they are permanently stuck at a short stature. Imagine being a congo pygmy and moving to the modern world? Turbo trucel, unloved for the rest of your life.
And the worst thing is? They are evolutionary perfection. They evolved for thousands of years specifically to hunt in deep forest overgrowth, their natural selection could've never prepared them for what was to come centuries later, rendering their entire evolutionary process completely counter intuitive, because in an instant their entire physiology is deemed undesirable.
Whoever created this earth and the human race is a very cruel person. They put some groups of people on this earth simply to be enslaved, raped, robbed, conquered, killed and beaten for ever and ever and all of eternity until the end of time. Unfair doesn't even begin to describe it.
