I reserved 1 Liter of raw milk in a shop and havent gone after 4 days to pick it up. Its rotting there. Im scared to go outside i dont wanna see ppl nor faces.

What's the issue? Send someone else to get it, or overcome the fear just to get raw milk. Honestly once you figure out that most people dgaf about anyone else in society (at least while outside minding their own business), becomes easier to do whatever you want
