bro I swear the exact same shit happened to me, that's why I'm even back on the forum these days and decided to take a break until I get to single digit bf%, I think there are several reasons for our downfall:


1. (most important) every single fucking day that passes it's getting harder and harder to lock down bitches. social media absolutely cucked us, it's at a point where girls won't even consider following back or adding you unless you're insanely gl. actual htn mf's are getting rejected by fat ltbs, something that's unthinkable by irl standards. she's probably rejecting because he wouldn't commit but that does still feed her ego which creates a vicious cycle, leading to htn - cl dudes also lowering their ego and following random ugly hoes which makes the entire dating game unplayable

2. you're probably at a point in your life where you're not exposed to girls on a daily basis. if that used to be the case, obviously there used to be a higher chance some girl would start liking you over time just by daily exposure, but now you don't have that going on, and resort to social media (which is brutal)

3. any time you get rejected it lowers your belief in yourself more and more, which also creates a vicious cycle, and you start taking less and less shots, especially irl. if you don't approach irl you also end up rating your success based on online apps, which absolutely destroys your confidence, and the cycle goes on
