Case in point: I remember buying Killzone 3 back in the day (a few years after buying Killzone 2 mind you and thinking THAT was the shit at the time as well) and beating it in like a day at the time, and thinking it was some epic event where I finished an interesting trilogy. I even replayed the whole thing in co-op with my friend.
And the memories feel FRESH. It doesn't even feel like it was that long ago.
This game came out in 2011...
I feel so fucking old jfl.
No srsly I feel so fucking old :/
To give even more context, I still remember the wow factor when I saw Half-life 2 and Doom 3 on a CRT monitor back in 2004, and how much I hated steam at the time (back then fast internet was not yet common and lots of people were still using a dial modem where I live. Yes, I am THAT old.).
