i’m so intelligent yet i can’t physically state my points, when i’m talking to someone i find it hard to find the words for the shit i’m tryna explain and my ideas.

i feel so limited by myself, im so much more than this, i genuinely feel like bursting and just crashing out in the middle of the conversation because i just feel limited

i was tryna explain human nature to my dad today and how it’s so different from the manmade social ideas but i just sounded retarded because i couldn’t find the right words

i’m low-key forgetting portuguese little by little too which makes it worse, but even if i was normally speaking to him in english i feel like i’d still trip on my words although the full idea is in my mind and i’m just tryna explain it

tried to read books? easy to hard to read but the book topic always has to be good quality so it would make you upgraded in another way culture etc
