I use 3cm shoelifts with my school shoes. They almost fit and honestly ive never been called out
I even qsked my normie friends if they notice anyhing unusual about me or my heels
But for my recommendation get thick sole shoes deep heel area and fraud 4.5cm with my method. Dont do it instantly tho you gotta do it slowly

About 4.5 cm with shoelifts alone. 2.5cm from sport shoes

yeah dont do too much. Just look for a sport shoe with thick soles and good sole dept. Fraud 4.5cm and you already are great
