I feel so worthless

Currently on plumbing internship and had a job today where I pretty much did everything wrong.

Felt extremely shit about it and disappointed in myself and when I got back to the company building I overhead my supervisor talking about how useless I was and I cant even blame him.

I cant do anything right when it comes to anything, including friendships, dating and work. I feel completely mentally retarded. My ADD and autism fucks me at every turn despite trying my absolute best
