"Low IQ" individuals so-to-speak are entirely different from black and brown people. Blacks and browns are inherently of low intelligence and poor impulse control, the opposite true for whites. In multiple studies conducted on wet brains, it's been show the average European brain is larger in surface and weight than that of the negroid brain. Race is the only thing that matters, a dumb white hick living in a mobile home in the rust belt is inherently more intelligent than a nigger in an affluent state. It's just a fact.
